300GSM CARD STOCK
300gsm cardstock has a smooth finish and is the standard cardstock on the market. This card stock also has better memory than standard stock, giving it better spring when shuffled. Varnishing keeps the cards from getting dirty, and provides a smooth, slightly slippery surface to aid in shuffling and handling. These are popular for game card designers and for higher end company/wedding promotional purposes.
This 300gsm card stock is made by sandwiching a blue opaque adhesive core between 2 layers of paper. It is used to limit the amount of light being able to shine through your cards. The opaque core also helps prevent cards with a lightly printed back from having its face visible from the opposite side when shined by strong light.
